I’ve grabbed a few tops and a cardigan from NIC+ZOE, they’ve been great. Soft fabric, not thin or flimsy, and nothing got weird after washing.

Sizing was spot on too. Not the cheapest, but the pieces feel solid and like they’ll hold up, so I’m happy

they had my size in stock, which was exactly what i was looking for. super easy and no hassle.

I’ve washed my tops around a bunch of times now, and they still look really good. No shrinking, no weird seams, and they’ve held up better than I expected.

I’m not totally sure how to describe it, but their clothes just have that classy, easygoing look. I usually end up finding something cute that feels current without trying too hard or looking overly trendy.

I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded without any fuss, which is always a relief. Checkout was simple too, i appreciate when a site doesn’t make me jump through hoops. No annoying issues on my end, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I ordered this sweater thinking I was getting a soft, blue, but when it arrived... surprise, it was more gray-green than anything. The quality is fine, no major complaints there, but the photos definitely made it look like a completely different color.

I ordered from nicandzoe.com and it was mostly all fine, just one item showed up in the wrong color than what I picked. The size was right and the other stuff was okay, so I just didn’t feel like doing the whole return thing. Shipping was also okay, nothing really bad there. It’s just kind of annoying when you expect the color you chose and then it’s not that. Not a huge problem, but maybe they could check things a little better before sending it out.

The tracking updates were so confusing that I kept having to reach out just to figure out where my order was. It felt like extra work on my end, which was frustrating.

My order showed up in great shape, and everything was packed really neatly. The box was clean too, which I always notice because I usually bring packages in and set them right on my kitchen table next to the mail. Nothing was bent or damaged at all. The only thing is there was kind of a lot of paper stuffed inside, maybe more than needed, but I’d rather that than have stuff arrive broken. Overall, a good experience.

I was excited to check out the sale, some stuff looked nice. But then I saw the prices and was like… really? I expected better deals, because even with the discounts, a lot of it still felt too expensive for me. Not terrible, I guess, just kind of disappointing.

I ordered a couple of tops from nicandzoe.com, the fabric was a bit hit or miss for me.
One of the shirts felt really soft and hung nicely, but the other one was much thinner than I expected for the price. I’m not saying it was terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel as comfortable or substantial as I thought it would, and I do feel like an apology would be fair when the quality doesn’t match the cost.

I might order again if something is on sale, but I’d be a lot more careful about reading the material details first.

The gift card worked okay at checkout. I kind of assumed it would go through smoothly like most of these usually do, but the checkout was a bit slow. Still, it got the job done.

I assumed my question would be a quick one to answer, but it took days to hear back. Maybe they were swamped or something, but it was still frustrating for such a simple thing

I do like the clothes, and the sweaters I ordered feel nice quality-wise. The style is definitely my kind of thing. That said, the prices felt a little high for what I ended up getting. Shipping was fine, I think it took about a week? Or maybe a little longer, I lost track because I ordered a few things around the same time. Overall, I’m not unhappy with it, just not exactly blown away either

The fabric feels nicer than a lot of stuff I’ve bought online too. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. I’ve got one sweater I’ve been wearing for over a year, and it still looks almost new, so I’m really happy with what I’ve bought

Everything fit exactly how I expected... no weird sizing, no surprises, nothing annoying at all!! Super happy with it!!!

I had a question about my order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was really nice and sorted it out without making it feel like a whole thing. it made the shopping experience way less stressful than I expected.

I got my refund back in what felt like just a few days or so. Smooth overall.

I was in a good mood when I stopped in, and I really liked a lot of the clothes. The quality feels solid and the styles are nice, but the prices are a little higher than I’d like. I’ll definitely shop there again, but probably mostly when there’s a sale.
